The upgrade can be obtained for any one of the VPS server packages regardless of the OS and Control Panel you have picked or the task that you need to be executed as our administrators will assist you with everything associated with the software on the machine. This includes, but is not limited to, installing third-party software, setting up server options, troubleshooting scripts if they don't function efficiently, etcetera. The upgrade includes one hour of work and if a specific task requires less time, the rest of the minutes will be available for the future and shall be listed in the VPS billing CP. You may use the Installation & Troubleshooting service either as an individual upgrade or as an addition to the Managed Services upgrade, which provides half an hour of custom work on your machine. Thus, you'll be able to work on your web sites without having to worry that you will not be able to use some application or losing time on technological issues.

Installation and Troubleshooting in Dedicated Servers

The upgrade is available with all of our Linux dedicated servers and if you add it, our expert admins will be able to assist you with everything on your server. This includes setting up any third-party software that you may want to use on the server and troubleshooting any script that operates poorly or doesn't run at all. Our upgrade includes an hour of work and if a particular task is not very time-consuming, we shall add the remaining time to your account. You'll be able to see how many minutes are left inside your billing CP and use them anytime you require assistance again. The Installation & Troubleshooting upgrade can be ordered at any time, so if you require something to be installed in the very beginning, you'll be able to add it to your order during the sign up procedure, while if you require assistance later on, you could add it from the hosting server billing area. 30 minutes of custom work are supplied with our Managed Services pack also, but if you need additional work to be done on the server, the Installation & Troubleshooting upgrade shall be a guarantee that your applications will be installed and set up in the very best possible way.
