That’s the reason why we will do all that for you for free!Our professional technical staff reps will transfer your website content from your present hosting provider to us. Our techs have plenty of experience migrating web sites and can handle everything – from a normal WordPress–based blog or Joomla–based web site, to an extremely elaborate, custom–made app.

A: While we can’t give you an exact time window, since there are plenty of variables, including the physical size of the files and databases, the location of the present host’s server, the complexity of your web site and the present workload of our Website Migration Department, etc., we’ll do our very best to migrate your site within 48h, and in certain cases – within 24h (if the website content is not large).

A: We don’t gather any private info. We’ll need, though, the login information for your old hosting account and the name of the website that you’d like to transfer.

A: In order for us to begin the migration of your web hosting account, you must first open an account with us. Opening an account with us will require that you to share more or less the same details you have given to your old web hosting provider. We’ve also got an extremely rigid Privacy Policy, which specifies how personal info is tackled.

A: Nah. Your site will stay reachable online during the transfer. Once everything is completed on our end, we’ll inform you so that you can examine it and check for problems. If everything is okay, all you will have to do is update your domain name’s DNS records.
